The Sessions
We recommend our members change it up and attend a mixture of sessions so they get the best results in every area.
Strength & Power
- Build strength, speed as well as your reaction times.
- Compounds (work multiple muscle groups at the same time mixed with plyos (explosiveness).
- Helps balance and agility.
Conditioning & Core Stability
- A mix of both strength & cardio training.
- Focuses on posture, balance and agility to develop better body mechanics.
- Keeps joints strong and flexible.
Speed & Endurance
- Interval-based training.
- Maintain a higher work rate for longer periods of time.
- Improves muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
How it works
- Monthly payment
Attend either 2 or 3 sessions a week. Flexible for you.
Only £25 per session.
- 2 sessions per week (8 sessions p/m) - £200
- 3 sessions per week (12 sessions p/m) - £300 - No joining or cancellation fees.
- Build your own schedule
Book through our app or website to attend sessions that suit you best. - Pick from 6 different SGPT time slots per week
- SGPT sessions are all programmed as blocks so you can see and track your progress
If your goal is physical progress, we also offer progress pictures as an optional tracking method. - Exercises can be modified for any level of ability

things to know
- We have a 24 hour free cancellation policy on our SGPT sessions - any time after that and your session will be lost.
- If a class is fully booked you can join our waiting list - keep an eye on your emails / phone if so, as we only hold slots open for a short amount of time to give everyone the chance to take part.
- Memberships are taken monthly via Direct Debit. This auto-renews without notice of cancellation subject to the terms and conditions you agreed to on sign up.
